One of the loveliest islands in the Caribbean, St Barts is renowned for its incredible natural scenery and balmy clime. Lush tree-covered mountains rise out of the sparkling turquoise ocean, framed by white sand beaches and deep swathes of verdant jungle. Crumbling Swedish forts and sleepy fishing villages are scattered along the edges of the coastline, while the calm bays harbour sailing boats and gleaming superyachts.
The panoramas on this incredible isle are both exquisite and endless - a rich tapestry which should be savoured and enjoyed. And what better place to do just that, than from the comfort of your own private pool? With a chilled drink in hand, of course…
Petite Saline
Step through the doors of Villa Ginger and prepare to be blown away. The sleek, cutting-edge design of this villa creates an atmosphere of refined yet understated elegance, while the dream-worthy infinity pool offers endless views over the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes complete with private access to a glamorous beach below; however, trust us when we say you’ll find it pretty hard to leave the pool behind.
Camaruche
Elegance abounds at this stunning hilltop hideaway. Boasting an array of spacious, beautifully-designed living areas, the sublime Villa Coco is the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat. With exteriors every bit as gorgeous as the interiors, you’ll be hard-pressed to pick your favourite spot in the villa. However, if we really had to choose, then ours would have to be beside the nautilus shell-shaped pool, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and neighbouring islands.
Flamands
Just a short drive away from the peaceful Flamands beach, the stunning Villa Alpaka is a special spot indeed. Each of the four bedrooms comes with its own terrace and sweeping ocean views, while the elegant infinity pool stretches out gracefully towards the horizon.
Vitet
Design lovers will fall head over heels for the sleek, contemporary Clementine. Situated upon a hill, you can enjoy sweeping sea views from the open plan living room, shaded terrace and, most importantly, the wooden sundeck next to the pool.
Pointe Milou
Sitting on top of Pointe Milou’s craggy coastline, the plush four-bedroom Niña offers spectacular views over Gustavia and beyond. Settle down by the pool and spend a peaceful afternoon working on your tan whilst admiring the scenery.
Corossol
Located in the heart of Corossol, a sleepy fishing village where the inhabitants still speak an old Norman dialect, prepare to be dazzled by the stunning Villa Sasha. Soak up views of the neighbouring hills and ocean beyond from the comfort of the luxurious infinity pool. Come evening, the villa is in the perfect location for sunsets - which should be enjoyed from the comfort of the spacious outdoor deck, with a cocktail in hand, naturally.
