When it’s time to get out and explore, you’ll have the island’s best bits at your fingertips. It’s less than 10 minutes’ drive to the spectacular beach at Guinea Gut Bay and less than 20 minutes to so-called Honeymoon Beach, where the sand-and-sea situation is as postcard-perfect as it gets. Nearby Cruz Bay, meanwhile, is a treasure trove of restaurants, shops and bars.
This fabulous three-bedroom villa sleeps up to six guests. Two of the bedrooms come with king-sized beds, while the third benefits from two singles which could be pushed together to create another king-sized bed. Each one is decorated in true Caribbean style – think tiled floors, white walls, dark wood furniture and decorative ceilings. Best of all, all three bedrooms come with beautiful ensuite bathrooms with twin sinks and walk-in showers, so everyone gets plenty of privacy. Turn your attention to the living area, and you’ll find a beautifully bright room adorned with wicker sofas, a colourful rug and a wooden coffee table. Two sets of doors open up onto a terrace, which gazes out across the sea. As for the kitchen, it follows the same decorative theme and comes equipped with all the essentials, including a coffee machine and a roomy fridge. A wooden dining table gives you plenty of space for family dinners, too.
While the interior is impressive, it’s the outdoor space that really steals the show here. The views are second to none – dazzling sunsets, boats dotting the azure waters, and the twinkling lights of nearby towns at night are all visible from the private pool. When you’re not cooling off in the water or basking in the sun, you can dine al fresco-style on the gorgeous, shaded patio, which comes complete with a round table and comfy wicker chairs. So get ready to deeply relax – possibly with an artisan rum cocktail in hand – and immerse yourself in a perfect Caribbean vacation.
