The gated villa is located one km outside Leeward Settlement and just 15 km from Providenciales International Airport, and can accommodate up to 20 guests across nine ensuite bedrooms. The huge 8,000 sq ft villa offers numerous living spaces so the whole party can come together, as well as lots of hidden nooks and cosy corners to steal a few quiet moments to enjoy a book or relax with your partner away from the group.
The chic, stylish villa blends contemporary design with traditional, rustic elements from exposed brick walls to vaulted wooden ceilings. There’s a large, modern kitchen available for any budding cooks or you can employ the talents of the private chef who will prepare three lavish meals a day for guests. Work up an appetite in the gym or pick out your chosen drinks for the evening in the wine cellar. There’s also a butler who can ensure all of your desires are catered for.
Four of the nine ensuite bedrooms are located in the main villa with a further two in the guest house; two of which come with king-size beds, one with two queen beds and the final with a king-size and two twins. You’ll find a further two ensuite king-size bedrooms in the pool house, as well as one bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two twin bunk beds in a separate guesthouse. Finally, you’ll find a standalone ensuite master suite with stunning ocean views.
The opulence continues outside throughout the landscaped gardens and grounds. There’s a large deck with a vista overlooking the beautiful, azure water, as well as outdoor dining with a pizza oven and grill so you can make the most of the views even at dinner time. There’s also a spectacular raised deck where you can relax in comfort and enjoy the natural splendour of the area, unwind at the end of a busy day with a cocktail watching the sunset, or gather around the fire pit to toast marshmallows and gaze up at the star-studded skies overhead.
This spectacular villa offers an abundance of entertaining and socialising spaces - indoor and outdoor - including a games room with billiard table, ping pong table and the ‘Beach Bum Bar’, as well as a cinema room. There’s an outdoor dining table under a covered verandah so you can enjoy a lazy lunch outside in the comfort of the shade before taking a dip in the sparkling pool, finished in style with a contemporary water feature.
