- This home has an internal elevator for luggage only not to be used by any persons.
- The fireplace in the main bedroom is ornamental but you may use the one in the sitting room.
- The homeowners' property manager will visit three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday). They have a key to let themselves into the home to access the backyard gardens, terraces, etc. Scope of caretaker is: 1. Sweep/wash front stoop, 2. Trash and cardboard boxes taken out, 3. Check all AC systems working on the panel, 4. Shovel and Salt when snowing, 5. All mail placed inside the entrance basket, 6. Mop once a week, 7. Check gutters/remove leaves, 8. Monthly pavement cleaning and rain water draining cleaning, 9. Check on the irrigation system clock, 10. Sweep leaves from all terraces, 11. Flush all toilets once.
- A housekeeper also comes once a week on Wednesday.
