Tucked away in the glorious San Fernando Valley is the charming neighbourhood of Encino. Translating to the 'Place of the Oaks', it's a warm, welcoming and incredibly diverse community. The modern décor and fluid indoor-outdoor living make Westfall a captivating villa full of interest. Décor motifs are contemporary without being too minimalist, giving each mindfully decorated space its own character. The social areas are flooded with light from the floor-to-ceiling glass that turns the garden into a living work of art that changes as the sun arcs across the sky. The interior also includes an extravagant home theatre with a huge screen and snuggly sofas for that movie night in, a home gym with state-of-the-art equipment, and a quiet office space. The kitchen is professional standard and accompanied by an intimate dining area. Alternatively, you can use the exterior cooking and living areas for some al fresco dining.
The five bedrooms are restfully decorated in neutral tones, providing a sanctuary at the end of the day to relax and drift off into a restful sleep. A dressing room, private balcony and attractive ensuite complement the primary king-size suite. The four remaining bedrooms feature spacious queen and king-size beds and refined ensuites.
