The fabulously flamboyant Sunset Strip is less than a 15-minute drive away. By day, indulge in a spot of designer retail therapy at the Sunset Plaza, then by night you can enjoy craft cocktails at a glamorous rooftop bar before ducking into one of the buzzing live music venues. There is plenty to keep families entertained too. Universal Studios is just a 20-minute drive away and everyone will enjoy the beach and promenade down in sun-kissed Santa Monica.
This exceptional mid-century home features two chic living rooms, set beneath warm, wood-panelled ceilings. Here you’ll find charming retro pieces like low-profile sofas and a tan leather chaise longue. The main living flows onto a spacious and well-equipped modern kitchen, where you can dine at a stunning wood slab table. Head one level down and discover a plush home cinema – just right for movie nights with mountains of popcorn.
There are three light and airy bedrooms on the entrance level, each with a corner plinth double bed. One of these bedrooms is ensuite and the other two have access to two private bathrooms (one with a deep soak tub). The spacious primary suite is located on the second level. It features a king-size plinth bed and a large corner sectional where you can relax with a cup of coffee and a good book. Its ensuite bathroom boasts a lovely roll-top bath, a waterfall shower, and twin vanity sinks. Sunset Heights also benefits from a self-contained “treehouse office” set in a leafy corner of the grounds. This offers a workspace and a twin-sized top bunk bed. There’s also a small office on the entrance level with a pull-out sofa bed, giving you plenty of flexibility in the sleeping arrangements.
Unwind in the blissfully secluded garden, soaking in the hot tub or savouring a sundowner on the poolside lounge. Sunset Heights offers the duality of glamorous West Hollywood and Beverly Hills to the south and tranquil canyon park trails to the north, for a generous slice of LA life.

- This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
- This home has an open swimming pool without a fence. There is, however, an electric pool cover which is easy to use.
- This home is in the hills, and as a result, cell service can be spotty at times.
- The second office is located in the separate tree house outside. Please note there are multiple steps to take in order to access it.
- There is a twin-sized top upper bunk bed in the separate tree house, which can be set up for one person. There is no lower bunk bed. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the home's office, which can be set up for one to two people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- There is a double-sized bed in the second, third and fourth bedrooms. Each bedroom can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
- There is parking available for two vehicles in driveway of this home. There is also unrestricted street parking available.
- There is an external security camera at the front gate facing out towards the street.
- There may be an occasional request for a home viewing during your stay. We will always ask you first beforehand for your approval.
