Everything in this gorgeous home has been custom designed. An open-plan concept allows for each room to flow seamlessly into one another while blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. On the entrance floor, you’ll find the lounge and dining spaces. There’s a choice of three sitting rooms, as well as a seriously spacious gourmet kitchen with an abundance of prep space - wonderful for getting the family together for some home cooking.
Panoramic glass doors open out onto the beautifully landscaped garden, with lots of wonderful features to entertain all generations of the family. Cosy up around the built-in seating area with a BBQ and fire pit, make a splash in the pool, or enjoy a soothing afternoon in the spa - there’s more than one way to make the most of the LA sunshine out here.
On the upper floor, there’s another lovely sitting room and four fabulous bedrooms - all with ensuites for extra convenience and privacy. Among them is the stunning master bedroom, boasting a snuggly California king bed and a walk-in closet. The fifth guest bedroom is on the lower floor, with a queen size bed.
A little insider knowledge from your host? If the weather is ever a little cloudy, take a gentle stroll to Mar Vista’s hilltop - from here, you’ll enjoy brilliant blue skies and magnificent views across the ocean and the Hollywood Hills.

- This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
- Some of the furniture have been re-arranged in the bedrooms upstairs.
- There are two parking spaces in the driveway of the home and unrestricted street parking available.
- There is central air conditioning in the main home and a wall air conditioner in the separate guest house.
- There are external security cameras located facing the front door and driveway areas. There are also external cameras facing the backyard and outdoor dining areas and internal cameras, which will be turned off during your stay.
