- There are two parking spaces available in the garage driveway and one additional parking space in the open driveway in front of the home. There is also street parking available.
- This home does not have Satellite or Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV where you can access streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- The second and third bedroom downstairs are connected by a shared bathroom.
- There is a double bed in the fourth bedroom. It can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
