- There are stairs down to the entrance of this home on the lower-ground floor with no elevator.
- The staircase down to the entrance of this home could be considered as narrow and steep.
- There are external CCTV cameras outside of this home, however, there are none inside.
- As this home is on the lower ground floor, some footstep noise can be heard from the apartment above.
- There is no window in the master bedroom, however there are double glass doors leading out to a lightwell and patio.
