- The master and second bedroom are on the lower-ground floor.
- The entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are several steps up from the street.
- There is scaffolding up on the building opposite this home.
- There are renovations taking place in the basement flat next door to this home. Some noise can be heard during normal working hours.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- There is limited storage in the third bedroom.
- There is a sofa bed in the study at the back of the garden. It can sleep two people but may be more comfortable for one. There is no bathroom and does not have any storage.
- The stairs in this home are steep and may not be suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues.
- The third bedroom features a hidden sliding door that divides the room into two.
