Excellent communication from start to finish and a seamless check in and check out procedure. The apartment was exactly as advertised and absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and with lovely finishing touches such as fresh ground coffee and chocolates left for us.

The home exceeded my expectations. Walking through the door each time was a delight. I'm very critical and I could not find a single thing wrong with it. I would highly recommend this unit. Location is also great. onefinestay thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable!

Exceptional service from pre-booking all the way through to the end of stay. A dedicated team of staff were responsive and engaged to any questions we had. In a time where automated responses or pre-scripted responses which don't actually engage the question posed this was truly refreshing. On arrival we were met by Nick who was friendly. The flat itself was as advertised. If anything it surpassed our expectations. This was our first experience with onefinestay. It won't be the last. Highly recommended!

Our trip to London was made all the more enjoyable by the service provided by onefinestay. They are efficient, professional and personable. The flat was exactly as advertised and our greeter Steve was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with a tripped fuse the management got right back to us with a solution. The flat was located in a quiet leafy street. It had good security and amenities. This was our second trip using onefinestay and we will be using them again on future trips. Now that the world has opened up again there will be many more trips! Our thanks to the whole team from booking through services. We felt well looked after.

- There is no wardrobe in the master bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage.
- This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, available for guest use.
- This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children under 6 years old.
- The homeowners' housekeeper may attend during your stay to clean the home, usually on a Wednesday morning. They have a key to let themselves into the home.
