To capitalise on the remarkable panoramas, this exquisite villa boasts a terrific array of outdoor social areas – ideal for groups of friends keen to celebrate or entertain. There’s a garden deck around a heated, 11-metre swimming pool. There’s a second large veranda with a summer kitchen in the name of snacks or cocktails.
Several terraces encircle the villa, providing the perfect excuse for al fresco dining, barbecues and sunset drinks. Meanwhile, inside, you’ll find three magnificent reception rooms, two lounges with open fires and another dining table for 12, all looking seawards.
From the grand entrance hall and handy office to the marble kitchen, every room pairs the same sleek, contemporary looks with a soft-pastel warmth. This theme continues across the six air-conditioned bedrooms, which are spread over all four floors and are mostly ensuite. A king-sized bed, dressing room, luxurious ensuite and stunning sea views render the first-floor master suite especially desirable.
Meanwhile, bedrooms two and three boast a small double and double bed respectively and share a bathroom, making them ideal for any families within the group. Both these bedrooms can both be found on the second floor, offering beautiful sea views from sunrise to sunset.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms can be found on the garden level. Both offer queen-size beds, decadent ensuites and open out directly onto the garden. The sixth ensuite bedroom is housed in a separate building and comes complete with a queen-size bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a washing machine and dryer, and private access, making it a great option for a member of staff or anyone in the group craving an extra level of privacy. There is also an in-villa gym located in the same building as the studio.
From Villa Shine, it’s just a short drive to Cannes Festival’s HQ, Juan-les-Pins, or the beautiful Old Town of Antibes. Equally, you might just prefer to rest, relax and make the most of your enchanting surroundings.
