This impressive villa is nestled in the gated community of Rancho Cerro Colorado and offers breathtaking views of the sparkling Sea of Cortez, the extraordinary lights of Los Cabos and out to the endless skies. Spanish Colonial influences run throughout the stone-finished villa, from the dark, bold colours and huge arched windows to dark wood furniture, iron chandeliers and feature murals, stonework and art. Grand stairs sweep down into the double-height living space, which is designed to make the most of the sweeping panoramic views. Ornate iron balustrades edge the patio and separate the rooms indoors, which open onto sun-kissed balconies. Enjoy cooking a lavish feast in the marble-topped gourmet kitchen, gather for supper in the formal dining room or under the stars, before continuing the night in the pub cellar-inspired games room.
There are seven ensuite bedrooms all with walk-in closets - five with king-sized beds and two boasting two queen-sized beds in each - with the master offering a bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, shower, dual vanity and an ocean view. Two of the guest bedrooms have ocean views, one with a private balcony, while a third has direct access to the terrace. Outside, the pretty infinity pool cascades over the edge as if rushing down over the red-tiled roofs of the homes below. Dainty, colourful flowers grow out of the cliffside and plush loungers line the pool-side terrace, basking in the sunshine.
Guests can enjoy relaxing in the villa's beautiful grounds, paddle in the pool and entertain guests in stylish surroundings. Use the snorkel equipment to explore what’s below the water at one of the nearby beaches - such as Punta Bella, which is just one km away and Costa Azul just a five-minute drive - or take the paddleboards out to surf the waves. Back on terra firma, you can spend your days on the rolling greens and fairways at Palmilla Golf Club or Querencia Golf Club nearby before whiling the star-studded evenings away around the crackling fire pit.
