The third-largest island in the British Virgin Islands, Virgin Gorda is staggeringly beautiful. Lined by white sand beaches and sparkling blue water, it's a lush island that's home to several nature sanctuaries, miles of trails and easy hikes. For the best view of the island, take the trail to Gorda Point for the most spectacular sunset on the island. Spanish Town is a short drive away and hosts The Baths - a collection of huge boulders with pools and caves beneath them. Ask your dedicated concierge to arrange a tour of The Baths to explore them in all their glory, and end your day of adventuring in one of Spanish Town's gourmet restaurants.
Villa Cornucopia embraces the exuberance and colour of the Caribbean and tempers it with refined and contemporary interiors where every detail has been meticulously thought out. The five bedrooms are individually named, each with a unique ambience. The vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the sea breeze to gently blow through, lulling you into a deep, restful sleep. Four suites have deluxe king-size beds, while the fifth guest suite has a double bed. All have exquisite ensuites, private balconies or access to the tranquil garden.
Outside, a large pool is the ideal place for some early-morning laps or an afternoon dip. If you prefer your swimming to be more on the wild side, the private beach is just a few steps away, where you can sink your toes into silky-soft sand and let the warm water of the Caribbean Sea lap at your feet.
