Our exclusive Home Collection in London, New York, Los Angeles & Paris
These exceptional city homes – from sleek apartments overlooking Central Park to pastel-hued period townhouses in Notting Hill – are curated and managed exclusively by us. Our guest services team will help you plan your client’s stay, and take care of any additional requests, such as a private chef, chauffeur or nanny service.
Each and every home is prepared to our professional standards by our housekeeping team before check-in, and the highest quality toiletries, linens and towels are provided. The housekeeping team will visit weekly during your client’s stay to clean and take care of the home. A member of our team will welcome your client on arrival and show them around the home. What’s more, if they need further support we are available 24/7. Please note that in New York the minimum length of stay at our homes is 30 nights or longer.

Most of our villas include complimentary mid-week housekeeping, but please note that in certain destinations, a minimum length of stay will apply. Prior to arrival, a member of our concierge team will arrange travel details and any additional requests for your client: from private golf lessons to chartering a yacht for the day, we can organise the kind of extras that will ensure their trip is unforgettable.

- Step 1 You can find and view the majority of our homes, villas and chalets online, but because they are all unique we recommend that you contact our Travel Advisors to find the perfect match for your client. You can email advisors@onefinestay.com or fill in our booking enquiry form. We welcome requests to tailor your client’s stay - just let us know the details and we can take it from there.
- Step 2 We will send you a shortlist of homes, villas or chalets to match your client’s requirements, or unbranded PDFs if you would prefer, with full details of a specific home, villa or chalet. As soon as your client is ready to book, we will collect a deposit or full payment.
- Step 3 Once the booking is confirmed, our team will work with you to prepare for your client’s arrival. This includes arranging any additional services that may have been requested.
